COMPOSTION:100 ml of sterile aqueous solution containing 2 % W/V of marbofloxacin as active ingrediant.0.05 % W/V 1-thioglycerol USNF and 0.2 % W/V m-cresol ph. fr . as preservatives and 0.1 % w/v disodium edetate ph. Eur. as a chelating agent.INDICATIONSFOR USE IN PRE-RUMINATING CALVES UP TO 100 KG B.W. MARBOCYL 2% is indicated in the treatmentof respiratory infections caused bysusceptible strains of organisms.DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION2 mg/kg (1 ml/10 kg) in a single daily injection.CATTLE: I.V. route for 3 to 5 daysS.C. route for 3 days To avoid excessive broaching of the septum, the use of a draw-off needle is recommended.WITHDRAWAL PERIODSCATTLEMeat: 7 daysCONTRA-INDICATIONS - WARNINGS(see package insert)Following withdrawal of the first dose, the product should be used within 28 days.Unused material should be discarded, in accordance with any guidance from an appropriate waste regulation authority
