FORMULAActive substance: Florfenicol 300 mg/ml Excipients: N-methylpyrrolidone - Glycerol formalINDICATIONSDiseases caused by florfenicol susceptible bacteria. Treatment of respiratory tract infections due to strains of Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida and Histophilus somni.METHOD AND ROUTE(S) OF ADMINISTRATION IM injection of 20 mg/kg BW (1 ml/15 kg) into the neck muscle twice 48 hours apart. The volume administered per injection site should not exceed 10 ml. To ensure a correct dosage body weight should be determined as accurately as possible to avoid underdosing. Subsequent injections must be given at different sites.WITHDRAWAL PERIODMeat and offal: 31 daysMilk: Not authorised for use in animals producing milk for human consumption, including pregnant animals which are intended to produce milk for human consumption.SPECIAL WARNING(S) Read the package leaflet before use.Do not store above 30°C.
