Albenzodad 2.5 % SuspensionComposition: Each 1 ml contains:Albendazole…. 25 mgPharmaceutical Properties:Albendazole is a benzimidazole anthelmintic, active against all nematodes especially (GI) nematodes, in high doses, It is effective against cestodes spp manifestations.Indications: Albendazole is anthelmentic indicated for gastrointestinal round worms, Lung worms, Tape worms, adult fasciola infestation in cattle, sheep and goat. Albendazole Is approved for the following endoparasites Ostertagia ostertagi, Haemonchus spp., Trichostrongylus spp. Nemadus spp., Cooperia spp. Bunostomum phlebotomum, Oesphagostomum spp. Dictacaulus spp., Fasciola hepatica (adults), and Moniezia spp. Target species: Cattle, sheep and goatDose & Administration:Single oral dose can be repeated if the symptoms did not disappear Cattle: round worm & tapeworm 7.5 mg/kg b.w. (3 ml Albenzodad 2.5% per 10 kg of b.w). For Adult fluke 10 mg kg w (4 ml Albenizodad 2.5% per 10 kg of b.w)Sheep& goats: round worm and tape worm 5mg/kg bw (2 ml Albenzodad 2.5% per 10 kg of b.w), For Adult fluke 7.5 mg/kg bw (3 ml Albenzodad 2.5% per 10 kg of b.w).Contra-Indications: Not used In animals producing milk for human consumptionDo not use In female diary cattle of breeding age Do not administer in female cattle during the first 45 days of pregnancy or for the first 45 days of removal of bulls Do not administer in female sheep and goat during the first 30 days of pregnancy or for the first 30 days of removal of bucks and rams.Withdrawal time:Cattle: Meat 28 days.
